Time Bandit should step up on his debut run and is taken to beat Kimono Royal and Cherrywood. Martin Pipe's five-year-old , half-brother to a point winner, made his move off the home turn but could not sustain his challenge to the front two when third behind Absolute Power, he should be all the better for that experience. Stable companion Cherrywood ran reasonably well in a point to point back in March and should be watched in the market, particularly in regards to the selection. However the main challenge may come from Kimono Royal who hails from a strong yard and has shown plenty of promise in two outings this season. It is not the strongest of contests and so the well exposed Thomo should also be involved, but our idea of the winner is Time Bandit.
