In a weak and wide open Hunters' Chase we will place our faith in MIC AUBIN after his win between the flags last time out with Dutch Bill and Walter De Wodeland looking big dangers. Having parted company with his pilot when the saddle slipped on his last rules start the selection looked good to win that Novice Hurdle as he was well clear. He has had a confidence booster with that win in a point recently and he looks good for a bold bid on his chasing debut. Dutch Bill has been running well in similar contests and given he just about sets the standard on rules form he should run his race again. Walter De Wodeland has won his last couple of runs between the flags so couldn't be on better form coming into his National Hunt debut while Matako showed enough form in bumpers to suggest that a win in this sphere is possible. A tough end to the card but Mic Aubin should have won his last rules start and we give him the chance to rectify that here.
