Verdict

Newcomer PENDOWER is given the vote in this bumper with both Murrell and Fast Delvelopment worth noting. The selection comes from the all conquering Paul Nicholls yard and runs in the familiar colours of Graham Roach. This does not look like the strongest of races therefore Pendower would have to be no world beater to land himself in the winners enclosure on his racecourse debut. Murrell comes from the same stable as the selection and is another newcomer and looks the stable second string so the market will be the best guide to his chances. Fast Development won a point to point in the spring but will have to improve to win in this sphere, so for the winner we return to Pendower.
