Millards Lad, Clearly In Motion and Once A Brownie look the three to concentrate on in this competitive handicap chase and the vote is given to the progressive Millards Lad. The selection has improved with each run and won well last time when defeating Montevideo. Granted he has a penalty for that win but he again has conditions to suit and he is hard to oppose. Clearly In Motion rates the main danger as he beat Silver Dagger last time but he is unproven over a trip this far and looks opposable on that basis. Once A Brownie is another worthy of respect but he may just need the run after a 173 day break and he also looks vulnerable under top weight. Magical Harry is game and consistent and is sure to run his race but he looks weighted up to his best. Of the remainder Baodai is often let down by his jumping when full pressure is applied and for the winner we return to Millards Lad who still looks ahead of the handicapper.
