TOP CHIEF has romped away with his last two starts between the flags and is worth going with on a first start for Colin Tizzard off an acceptable handicap mark. His running style should prove well suited to this sharp track. Scrupuleux scraped home at Worcester but may now be undone by a 6lb rise, whilst course and distance winner Saffron Prince is a model of consistency and seems sure to be in the mix again. New Millennium really ought to win one of these sooner or later but is proving frustrating and is now 0-13. King's Reste has his first start for Dan Skelton and thus becomes of automatic interest too, especially if the market speaks strongly of his chance.
