Maiden Little Eaglet has been hammered by the handicapper since finishing third over 2m6f here three weeks ago. Aconitum finished tailed off at Fontwell on his latest outing, while Drumbeater has disappointed since winning at Taunton in March and was a long way behind Captain Becket in a similar contest earlier. Burnthill is in good heart, however, and ran Highland Legacy to three lengths over 3m2f at Huntingdon last month but a tentative vote goes to CAHEERLOCH. The nine-year-old hasn't run since November but goes well fresh and also has a tremendous record at this track, where he won twice in August. Stamina isn't an issue and the gelding can make a winning return.
