Makzeem won this in 2017 and has also scored on the Rowley Mile course. The Assessor has given him a chance though the concession of 18lb to LAND OF LEGENDS (NAP) may prove beyond him. The Godolphin colt was a long odds-on chance at Kempton and his supporters never had a moment’s concern. There’s much more to come and he’s starting out in handicaps from a lowly mark. Corazon Espinado has a fine strike -rate and is well up to this grade as he showed at Epsom last time, though that’s his favourite track. Kimifive has to be considered as he beat Love Dreams at Goodwood in May and has subsequently run well in two very tough handicaps at Ascot and the Curragh. Reputation hasn’t won beyond 6f but wasn’t stopping over that trip here last time.
