Opera Writer, Jellytot and Ellesappelle look the three to check out here and we will side with the last named. Karl Burke's filly couldn't have been any more impressive when landing a Newcastle handicap last time. She coped well with the soft ground that day and if the forecast rain arrives she will be very hard to beat. Opera Writer disappointed a little at Sandown last time, but his two all-weather victories were gained in great style. With the aid of the newly fitted visor he may be capable of transferring that kind of ability to the Turf. Jellytot holds his form well and put in another solid effort last time when third to handicap snip Wind Star, so he will be hard to keep out of the money. Giverney Spring may do best of the others, but Ellesappelle was most impressive last time and can follow up this afternoon.
