Waymark, Tranquil Tiger and Flavius make the short list here with the selection being Waymark. Waymark was beaten by Padlocked last time and, with the winner winning since, the form looks solid; as it does with Tranquil Tiger, who has a good pedigree and who showed good promise at Windsor last time. Flavius was sent off as favourite for his Haydock debut and ran fairly well despite running green so he should be considered too. Looking at the others, Spanish Diva, Southside Star, the 500,000 dollars purchase Purple Emperor, the 20,000 guineas son of In The Wings, Man Of Gwent, and the 30,000 guineas son of the same sire, Horseford Hill, all catch the eye in some way but, for the selection, we return to Waymark.
