In depth

Verdict

Cyclone Connie has come up against some smart performers and should take advantage of this drop in grade if fully fit following a three-month break. A repeat of her close fifth, beaten just over two lengths behind Reel Buddy in Listed company at the Craven meeting should suffice at this level. Colonel Cotton deserves a change of luck having been placed in similar company on numerous occasions and is respected while Siraj showed some ability on his belated return and may do best of the remainder.
