Broomielaw made an encouraging debut here in September and has to be respected on his return to action but Ed Dunlop's colt is far from certain to stay this far and a better bet looks to be Murbek, with Rhaam rated the best of the remainder. Richard Hills would have had the choice to ride either of the last two mentioned but it is the selection that has his assistance and that hint is taken. Promising in each of his two starts as a juvenile, Murbek is entitled to improve for the longer trip today and he looks the one to be on. Urban Spirit ran better than was expected on his only start as a two-year-old and could be of interest, while Arabian Gulf was well held on his only start at two but Sir Michael Stoute's colt is surely better than that outing would suggest. Prince Sabaah has had more experience than most, along with Paul Cole's Putra Square but both may find themselves having to settle for a minor role again. Eradicate and Spice Route are others worthy of a mention but Murbek has plenty going for him and he is preferred.
