Verdict

Bankable has plenty of ability but is proving frustrating to follow, while Tranquil Tiger has never won in this grade, so we'll take them on with SAHPRESA. The French filly comes here after three very promising runs at home, the most recent of which was an easy six length success in Listed company. She does not have a rating from the BHA for her British debut so is not entirely easy to assess, but it is probably fair to assume that she has more improvement to come and with doubts over those other two leading players we'll take the plunge. Bankable is a regular in this grade and has some great form to bring along, despite four successive bridesmaids berths, so clearly he still has a great chance. Lucky Find got acclimatised with a Great Leighs win and has some very appealing form in the locker, so although he has a few pounds to find he could get heavily involved. This trip and ground will suit Charlie Farnsbarns, so a return to his best could be on the cards, while Kirklees makes a belated reappearance for the in-form Godolphin operation and if he is straight enough then a win for him would be no great surprise. Intriguing and very competitive, and Sahpresa is suggested.
