Verdict

John Gosden and Jim Crowley had every chance in the opening division and team up again with JAWWAAL. The latter finished in front of a couple of subsequent winners when only beaten a length at Newbury in August and may prove good enough on his reappearance. Porth Swtan sets the standard off a mark of 83 but is one of the more exposed and Global Art has the advantage of a recent run on the all-weather under his belt. History Writer and Bacacarat showed some ability last term and are also worth a second glance with Mutafani and Stormer preferred of the newcomers.
