      Verdict

      Fighting Temeraire produced a shock success at Nottingham on his most recent outing though in fairness to Dean Ivory’s gelding, he had slipped significantly down the weights beforehand. Kodias Sangarius chases a first win on the Turf and while that’s also the case for THE GREEN MAN, Joseph Parr’s charge did do enough at Leicester to suggest that he is up to winning a small race. Royal Musketeer won on the Rowley Mile here though he has struggled to cope with the subsequent rise up the handicap.
