King's Charm can take this step up in distance in his stride and deliver on the promise he showed on his debut 28 days ago. West With The Wind and Swinging Sixties are others to note in the betting, while stablemates Ucetek and Censored are worth keeping tabs on once they have a seasonal run behind them. The former is especially interesting on pedigree but needs to show a good deal of improvement from last year's solitary start. Swinging Sixties is also likely to benefit from this experience but is bred to be effective at the trip, so should not be ruled out too quickly. As ever, a cautionary look at the betting is advised. West With The Wind has caught the eye in each of previous starts and shapes as if tonight's extra two furlongs will be a help. A canny Yorkshireman, Tom Tate never wastes the deisel money on a trip to Newmarket for nothing, so a big run can be expected from this son of Fasliyev. However, preference goes to King's Charm, who found a mile to be an inadequate test on his debut here last month. The son of King's Best is a fine stamp of a horse and is sure to have come on a bundle from his introduction. And, as an irish Derby entry, he can start to justify why his connections hold him in such high regard by posting a bold show tonight.
