None of these can confidently be discounted so siding with QUADRILLE does come with a bit of a health warning; Pleasant Day will be a major threat if he's trained on, while High Twelve is likely to appreciate this ease in grade after finding his juvenile season very hard work at a higher level. Of the others: Mufarrh seemed to be in need of the run here last month and, with his yard only just stepping things up a couple of notches, he may well be a different proposition now he has topped up his fitness. Field Of Dream won an Italian Listed race last year but failed to show the same sparkle on his British debut. He is sure to acclimatised by now but does have something to prove on the balance of form. Diescentric was an authoritative winner of the Wood Ditton last month and would appear to have a bright future. This is a step in the right direction but he does lack the experience held by the rest. High Twelve was thrown into Group races after winning his maiden and his form figures do not tell the whole story. Still, a mile may be on the sharp side for him this season and he has a bit prove regarding his suitability over the trip. Pleasant Day rounded off the last campaign with an unexpected placing in the Horris Hill Stakes - the form of which has subsequently taken a few knocks. Therefore, with all things considered, the lightly raced Quadrille has a very feasible chance of coming out on top in this company. The Queen's colt is yet to finish out of the first two in any of his races and, having held his own against some useful oppositon, tonight's prize could easily be his for the taking.
