Eastern World won at Meydan earlier in the year and Charlie Appleby won this in 2019. But RIOT would have gone in a few notebooks after running into plenty of trouble in the closing stages at Chelmsford on his comeback and still finishing third. He’s preferred to recent Musselburgh winner Eton College but the unexposed Double Or Bubble may prove a threat having won at Ascot on her handicap debut. Repartee has proved best over 6f so far but Ryan Moore takes over the reins on Fleeting Prince and he could go well.
