Verdict

Priors Hill is interesting first time out but Godolphin's colt is bred for stamina and, like a lot of the stable's youngsters this term, may do better over further as a three-year-old so preference is for Dynamic Rhythm, who gets the vote ahead of Amadeus Rock. The last mentioned just has the beating of stablemate Meantime on running behind Ashaawes here over seven furlongs last month but there should not be a great deal to choose between the pair again today. Clive Brittain's Azime is a Cape Cross half-brother to a 1m2f winner and could be of interest on his debut, while both Red Duster and Madame Constanze need to step up considerably on debut form to trouble the judge. The vote then goes to Dynamic Rhythm who hails from the in-form stable of Jeremy Noseda and, given normal improvement from his first start in a decent Newbury maiden, should be tough to beat.
