The Hannon yard has won two of the last three renewals and is represented by a couple of easy maiden winners in Anjaal and Brown Sugar. The latter had previously finished behind Jallota over track and trip before Mick Channon's charge was well beaten in the Coventry at Ascot. Sir John Hawkins finished third to stablemate War Command in the latter event so a line of form exists that gives the Ballydoyle colt a leading chance. Figure Of Speech had little trouble despatching Whaleweigh Station over track and trip on his debut and Saeed Bin Suroor's charge makes more appeal than the other maiden winners with the exception of CANYARI. Richard Fahey's colt has been given a bit of time since landing his maiden in impressive fashion at Doncaster in May and the Gimcrack entry might just be good enough to come out best on his return.
