This rates an interesting maiden with at least half a dozen newcomers catching the eye and the market should be especially informative. Those making greatest appeal on paper are John Gosden's Galileo filly, Cushion, Luca Cumani's daughter of Danehill Dancer, Kikonga and John Dunlop's Nayef filly, Kawaakib. However, STRICTLY SILCA sets a testing standard if able to repeat her latest effort over trip and ground at Ascot when runner-up to the highly-rated Toronado in the Listed Winkfield Stakes with fair sorts behind. She can go one better. Godolphin's Ghostflower, a fair third to stable companion, Sugar House, when running green at Lingfield, is likely to derive great benefit from that introduction and keep an eye on their newcomers, Mar Mar and Wise Talk, in view of their fine juvenile record at the track. Everleigh, an improver last time, has place claims.
