Twice Over is selected here ahead of Donegal and Planetarium. Donegal sets the form benchmark here, having competed well in all starts, including when third to Rio de la Plata at Group 2 level at Goodwood. Inventor relished the step up to today's trip at Bath last time and looks progressive, although this represents a step up in class today. Planetarium finished second to him at Bath and has won since and, with his trainer holding a pretty good record in this race, has to be respected. Stubbs Art won a handicap here last time, but his mark was only 72 that day so he has to improve in order to win today, and Twice Over confirmed good home reports by landing a mile maiden here on his debut. He looks very progressive and rates as interesting. So much so that he rates as the selection.
