Verdict

Henry Cecil has his runners in superb form and Passage Of Time can take this Group 3 contest from Heaven Sent and Harvest Queen. Heaven Sent won a Listed fillies' contest at Kempton last time over this trip and is most at home on a sound surface. The Pivotal mare races over her optimum trip and has plenty of experience at his level and also Group 2, though she has not won in Group company and looks vulnerable again. Harvest Queen was not beaten far in the Group 1 Sun Chariot over c&d in October and with Peter Makin having winners her fitness should not be an issue, though faster ground would be a help. Cosmodrome has winning Listed form over 10f and should strip fitter for her run behind Heaven Sent last time, so she can narrow that gap. Barshiba was behind Harvest Queen in the Sun Chariot and is now 3lb worse off, and therefore the vote goes to Passage Of Time. Henry Cecil tries her back over this trip for the first time since she won over c&d as a two-year-old. The Dansili filly, however, undoubtedly has a touch of class about her and may still have the speed to take this, particularly if Ted Durcan takes them on and makes it a true test of stamina, so Passage Of Time is the one for us.
