A fillies event to close the card and Frizzante looks to hold a very good chance. Lightly-raced, she is a very useful filly, arguably unlucky not to have gone close to winning both the Stewards Cup and the Ayr Gold Cup. She is the one to beat. Cala has been disappointing since finishing second in the Nell Gwyn Stakes in April and, overall, you can make place claims for a number of the others, but Frizzante looks different class and gets the nomination.
