    Verdict

This is a very competitive handicap, despite the small field. Rosadora ran a couple of nice races in defeat here last year but lacks a recent run. STONE CIRCLE’s close fourth on the Rowley Mile last time was his best run since beating a huge field at the Curragh in September. He’s been dropped a further pound since so can get the better of progressive Salisbury winner Baashir, who makes his handicap debut, and Newbury scorer Karibana. Rodin and Indian Creak can’t be ignored.
