Verdict

This is a poor but competitive contest and what can only be a tentative vote goes to Tony Martin's MISSGOODYTWOSHOES, who has run well enough in her last two starts, and she gets the vote over Art Gallery and Beau Largesse. The last mentioned has, like the selection, run well in his last two starts and he should be thereabouts again. Monsieur Villez ran better in a Taunton claimer when last seen in February but is probably best watched on his first start since then, while Chapel Flowers has given little cause for optimism. Richard Fahey's Mayadeen comes here fit and in form from the flat but does need to improve on the form shown previously over hurdles, while Sue Smith's Murphys Beau has yet to translate bumper form to hurdles. Richard Guest's Art Gallery looks to be going the right way and he has to be considered but marginal preference in a poor contest is for Missgoodytwoshoes.
