Seems strange to see Cape Tribulation here considering he completed that famous Cheltenham-Aintree festival double in 2012 prior to landing the Rowland Meyrick at Wetherby in the same year and the prestigious Argento Chase at Cheltenham's trials meeting in early 2013. Let's hope he can give a good account but others do make greater appeal at present. Sir Frank Morgan, for example, can be almost guaranteed to run his race but tends to find one to good, although another competitive effort is anticipated despite a career-high mark. Arr'Kid would be very noteworthy if able to translate excellent Fibresand form to grass and Rosairlie should also play a prominent role after a decisive Ripon success last time for which she's now 5lb higher. The second that day, Perfect Summer, has won since to provide the form with a healthier sheen. MAN OF PLENTY blew out badly last time but is gradually inching his way down the handicap and would be the one to beat if able to deliver his progressive staying form from 2013.
