Mongorno is getting frustrating to follow and better claims may be held by MORE LIKE IT who is preferred to recent winner Toulouse Express. The selection returns to fences today following a run over hurdles last time at Market Rasen. There he sported first-time cheek-pieces and he now tries a tongue tie which suggests connections have not been happy with those defeats. The handicapper has dropped him a couple of pounds and if he fully sees out this trip then he can add another course win to his roster. Mongorno was last seen finishing third to Wot Way Chief at Doncaster in February. He is an obvious player on that form but he is yet to win in this country over fences. Carritau's recent form reads ok, especially a five-length third to Super Baby in January, whilst Chigorin may improve for this quicker surface today. Toulouse Express has had more seconds than a Weightwatchers meeting but he battled on well to win at Market Rasen last time. However an 8lb rise in the weights looks harsh and so he is passed over in favour of More Like It.
