Another maiden here for punters to work out and as usual in these types of events the market will be all important. However the main protagonists look to be Tamatave, Golden Fury and Glen Ida and the confident vote goes to Tamatave. The selection was sent off favourite last time out but could manage only fourth behind Emile Zola. However he was very keen on that occasion and in the hope that he is ridden with more restraint here he is taken to score in what looks a less competitive affair under conditions that suit. Golden Fury rates the main danger on his latest second behind Mutajammel. However he was doing all his best work at the finish on that occasion and he may be seen to better effect over a longer trip so he looks opposable on that basis. Glen Ida is another that could go well he was a fair second behind Saasigg last time having been slowly away if he gets a decent start here he will be a danger to all. Of the remainder Chasm was a fair third on his debut and is sure to improve but he already looks like a dour stayer and for the winner we return to Tamatave.
