Ballade De La Mer ran her best race so far when fifth at Sedgefield earlier in the month but the form is still only modest. De Vine Memory was a distant fourth on her hurdling debut at Catterick but just as interesting are Bow Fiddle and SEREN GRIS, who have only contested bumpers so far. The latter gets the vote as she was given plenty to do when third at Catterick last time and is a half-sister to the stable's useful pair Rouge Et Noir and Seren Rouge.
