It's no surprise that Ruth Jefferson has booked Aiden Blackmore for Return Ticket, who has a double penalty for victories at Ayr and Musselburgh. He looks a horse with a future though the concession of so much weight, even with his rider's claim, may prove beyond him. The four-year-old LUCKY LOVER BOY looked a certain future winner when runner-up at Ludlow then went to Huntingdon where he was clear at the last only to be caught on the line. There should be plenty more to come from Oliver Greenall's charge and he can go one better. Oscar Wilde ran really well when a close third over the track and trip in January then found 2m4f against him on a return visit last month so it will be a surprise if he's not in contention. It's Never Enough ran in a bumper in 2017 and was consistent without winning on the Flat last summer while dual Flat winner Capton showed much improved form on his second start over hurdles at Musselburgh.
