Nolecce went close in an amateurs' race at Beverley earlier this month and shouldn't be far away again, while Wiseman's Diamond has been sent off favourite in both starts since scoring at Ripon and is probably still on a decent mark. Ginger Grey is often thereabouts and Thatcherite won at Thirsk last month, though looked far from straightforward when only fourth at Redcar next time. MUWALLA generally competes over further but there should be plenty of pace on in this and Chris Grant's gelding did win over 1m1f at Wolverhampton last year. He gets a tentative vote in a race that probably won't take much winning.
