Flying Tackle is taken to get the better of Tommy Smith, Sir Sandrovitch and Sir Loin in this competitive handicap. It is well worth following sprinters when they hit form and our selection won well last time when defeating Sir Sandrovitch at Beverley. He is actually a 1lb better off with that rival today so should be capable of confirming those placings, and this course and distance winner looks to have a solid chance of getting his head in front again tonight from what should be a good draw. Tommy Smith is not the most consistent but he won well at Pontefract last time when beating Blue Maeve. He has a fair draw tonight so if he gets out quickly and is allowed to dominate he is entitled to be thereabouts at the finish. Sir Loin would have claims on the pick of his form but he is difficult to put forward on the back of his hugely disappointing effort at Pontefract last time when he was well beaten behind Tommy Smith. Cark is a course and distance winner who looks to be on a handy mark at present, so he is another to consider, but in a competitive race we will side with the in-form Flying Tackle who looks the one to beat.
