Verdict

This looks to lie between Factor Fifteen, Donna's Double and Michaels Dream with Factor Fifteen getting the nod. The selection won a 10-furlong Sandown handicap in May from a mark of 70 but has since been acquired by Howard Johnson. He's been found a good opening for his debut run and looks set to run a big race. Donna's Double has won ten races from seven to 10 furlongs on the Flat on a range of goings so has to be considered a big danger here. The French-bred Kimbambo is hard to assess while Michaels Dream had Wet Lips well behind him when second at Sedgefield on November 11, but he was barely above plating class on the Flat, even though he has won twice at up to 12 furlongs. This brings us back to the newcomers, of which Factor Fifteen gets the vote.
