Nonrunner

In depth

Verdict

There's no guarantee Tillietudlem can reproduce the form of last month's fast ground win at Catterick on this slower surface, though he did have Jeu De Roseau five lengths behind. The latter was also beaten by Maid Of Meft over C&D in May and the latter could figure again despite an 8lb higher mark. Trojan Gift lost his maiden tag at Southwell last time and can race off the same mark back on turf, but a chance is taken on FALCUN. The lightly-raced four-year-old has yet to win but produced a better effort when runner-up over a shorter trip at Redcar recently and there should be more to come over today's distance.
