Verdict

SNUGGLE had been off the track since last summer but went close at Lingfield on a recent reappearance and looks the one to beat on that evidence. Winter Crown failed to threaten for Godolphin last year and has been sold and gelded subsequently. He may still prove the main threat given the poor form of the others with experience while the newcomer Dalton Lane is related to three winners and could get involved.
