Ryders Storm, Argento and Little Docker look the principles in a tight novices chase with the slight preference for Ryders Storm. The gelding from the Tom George yard was a good second behind the highly-regarded Thisthatandtother last time and a reproduction of that effort should suffice in this easier grade. Argento has been in fair form all season and was third behind Alvino last time out. He has definite place claims but will struggle to give weight and a beating to the selection. Little Docker has looked in need of his runs so far this season but was a fair fourth behind some useful sorts at Carlisle last time, and could go well at a fair price with conditions to suit. Double Blade was a fair hurdler but he was not the most genuine and it is open to debate whether chasing will improve him, so we will side with Ryders Storm.
