Scarabocio showed very little in maidens but did better on his handicap debut at Yarmouth where he showed good pace over this trip. He should improve again and go well while Chapellerie has slipped down the weights to what looks a lenient mark and should soon be adding to her Polytrack success. Meandmyshadow beat a big field at Thirsk before a reasonable effort at Doncaster and Dale Swift's claim is a bonus but it's about time PREMIER CHOICE was winning and first-time blinkers may have the desired effect. His only poor run this campaign came on soft ground and his latest efforts at Redcar and Haydock suggest he's ready to lose his maiden tag. Fifteentwo is one to keep an eye on in the market as he ended his first campaign with a nursery victory on quick ground and hasn't had his conditions in two runs this season.
