      Verdict

      OUTSMART was narrowly beaten in all four starts last summer, two of them over 7f here. He just failed to catch Upton Park over an extra half-furlong at Wolverhampton in October and deserves a victory soon. That winner's yard is represented here by Saoria, who has a fitness advantage having finished second at Wolverhampton last month though was beaten over five lengths. Wheal Kitty ran her best race to date over the track and trip in November while newcomer High Born Eagle is out of a winning miler.
