Verdict

DIDEROT, a winner at Dundalk for Ger Lyons and at Chelmsford for new connections, only just failed in a better class race than this at Southwell last time and can return to winning ways. Headingley has also been running well in higher class though has looked a few pounds high while Imperial Command dropped a grade to score over the track and trip and is up 3lb. The latter was beaten by Star Shield here earlier and is worse off at the weights but Flyin' High completed a course and distance double early last year and has travelled a long way for this. Eilean Dubh was beaten a short-head at Wolverhampton on his first start since arriving from France but failed to live up to that form on a return visit.
