In depth

Verdict

The Orange Rogue and Ascot De Bruyere were both due to run here yesterday. Asking Questions has found some form at Carlisle lately but a 7lb rise for his latest short-head victory looks harsh. SWING HARD has two ways of running but was on his best behaviour when second at Carlisle last time. He’s won off a higher mark in the past and is probably the one to beat if in the mood. Whitsundays is also quirky but usually finishes with a flourish and might be suited by the way the race is run.
