In depth

Verdict

SNOUGAR had only a short-head to spare over Chasseur De Tete in a maiden at Ayr but he’s less exposed and the pair meet on the same terms so there is no reason why the form should be reversed. Main Fact possibly had a bit in hand at Wetherby last time and won over this shorter trip at Sedgefield in November but ran a shocker in between and may not be entirely straightforward. Haulani was pulled up in a better race at Newbury last time and is proving hard to place.
