In depth

Verdict

Inaam had Mutamid half-a-length behind when scoring over the track and trip a month ago and there's nothing between the pair again. It looked as though the assessor had SAFE VOYAGE in his grip after he had gone up 8lb for completing a double on the track but John Quinn's charge bounced back with a very good run here early last month and has been given a chance to get back to winning ways. Florencio went up 4lb for landing a 6f Kempton handicap but ran no sort of race when fancied on a return visit. Short Work has joined David O'Meara from Ralph Beckett and starts off on what could prove a fair mark while Chaplin Bay is on exactly the same mark as when successful in this class at Sandown in August.
