Verdict
BOUCHER GARCON is likely to represent little in the way of value but has looked a different horse this season and made mincemeat of his rivals at Catterick three days ago. Neil Farley clearly gets on really well with the Carroll charge and the pair can claim a rapid-fire hat-trick on ground that suits well. Soopacal finished three lengths behind the selection at Musselburgh when made favourite and should logically finish closer on these terms. However, the selection looks open to any amount of improvement on recent evidence and can confirm placings with the Ellison inmate, who should nevertheless be on the premises with fitness assured. Bailadeira has become a very consistent filly and made a pleasing Redcar reappearance when runner-up to Da'Quonde. Another solid run is anticipated and she completes the shortlist.
