    Verdict

Tetradrachm returned an easy winner at Wolverhampton last month on his debut for new connections with a tongue-tie applied for the first time. But he’s been raised 8lb for that success while Royal Cosmic’s first win on the all-weather came on the Fibresand at Southwell recently. FLOOD DEFENCE has been threatening to get her head back in front with placed efforts in higher grade races than this at Wolverhampton and it’s Iain Jardine’s mare that gets the vote off her current mark. Hugoigo’s recent second here came in Class 7 company while Good Man’s form has taken a dip since placing here last autumn.
