In depth

Verdict

This looks very competitive and narrow preference is for DECIPHER who is tentatively suggested ahead of Ice Bellini. The selection is a three time course winner and he love this place. Whilst all his wins have come over ten furlongs, he seems to get this trip ok and if the ground dries up slightly it would enhance his chance. Cripsey Brook has ability but is not getting any younger at 11, whilst Cote D'Argent and Majestic Chief both come here fit from runs over the jumps. Graylyn Ruby is starting to look well-treated, whilst Ice Bellini is a course and distance winner and the four-year-old has been given a two month break. She handles this ground and this strong stayer must be considered a big threat today. Not high on quality but the winning prize may go to connections of Decipher.
