Indian Voyage had been in poor form before a battling victory at Sedgefield, his seventh over fences, and he's won from much higher marks than this. Plus Jamais had a fine first campaign under the care of Iain Jardine winning his last two, though he only had two to beat on his final start here in March. He's only 1lb higher and Ross Chapman's claim is a bonus. Ronn The Conn was making his chasing debut when just failing to hold Western Jo at Hexham, though that was over 3m which may be his trip. Well Above Par has yet to win though would have gone close at Ayr but for falling while The Orange Rogue, a dual winner earlier this year, will be better for last month's run at Ayr. MAXED OUT KING ran a shocker at Market Rasen last time though that was a better race than this and he's won over the course and distance so gets the nod in an open handicap.
