This looks wide open but Market Rasen winner Pride Of Lecale goes on the short-list, despite being 2lb out of the handicap – his yard is in cracking form. After a narrow defeat at Plumpton last month, Dan McGrue went one better on a return visit but a 7lb rise looks harsh. Nicky Henderson runs three and Downtown Getaway remains unexposed, though it’s possible that stablemate The Cashel Man is better treated. SILVER KAYF didn’t run his race when behind Star Of Lanka at Sandown but it’s likely he didn’t handle the heavy going. Kim Bailey’s grey is on a fair mark at present and better is expected here. Howling Milan is back on his favourite track and could go well at a price but Snow Leopardess is best watched after a very long absence.
