UNOWHATIMEANHARRY was only third behind Wholestone over 2m4f at Aintree but is 2lb better off and 7lb better off with his old rival on their run together in this last year when they finished second and sixth respectively. The winner in 2016, Harry Fry’s 10-year-old may not quite be the force of old but has every chance of a 12th career success on these terms. Sam Spinner beat the selection by 11 lengths in the Long Walk at Ascot last season and also finished ahead of him in the Stayers’ Hurdle at Cheltenham, though was behind Wholestone. Jedd O’Keeffe’s stable star has his ground so looks a big danger and conditions will also help Clyne. The mare Momella should be suited by 3m and was very consistent last season but, like the remainder, faces a huge task at the weights.
