LIGHTHEARTED can get the better of Cumana Bay and Koraleva Tectona in a competitive finale. Koraleva Tectona was hugely impressive when scoring at Pontefract last year, and has since added a Goodwood success to her CV. She has had a couple of outings this season, staying on well to be a close fourth last time and can go well despite top weight. Cumana Bay showed speed to win a Sandown maiden over five furlongs last season, but although she has finished runner-up on both of her starts to date, she has appeared to be a little one paced and would appreciate some cut in the ground and is taken on. Lighthearted has been a consistent performer on the all-weather, and deserved her game win last time, where she was denied a clear run and got up to score on the line. A 6lbs rise for that win seems harsh, but Seb Sanders can drive Lighthearted to successive victories.
