This has been won by some decent three-year-olds in recent years and a few of these are capable of better than they’ve shown so far. Big Tour won very easily at Windsor on only his third start but William Buick prefers Godolphin’s other entry Pilgrim's Treasure, who was just caught over track and trip last month having won on soft ground earlier at Carlisle. BAASHIQ did well to win on good to soft at Redcar last year, despite running green. He didn’t do much wrong on a belated reappearance at Haydock earlier this month and can show the benefit of that outing today. Flying North is consistent but high enough in the weights and Pivoine has disappointed this term. Bedouin has more to do than when scoring at Nottingham.
Flying North 6-1 (9-7) Raced wide early, tracked leaders, led over 7f out, ridden clear over 1f out, headed and no extra inside final furlong, 3rd of 12, 1l behind Lady Bergamot (8-11) at Leicester 1m 2f hcp fll (4) gf in Jul.
Pilgrim's Treasure (USA) 11-4fav (9-0) Soon crossed over to track leader, led 2f out, ridden over 1f out, narrowly headed final 100 yards, kept on, 2nd of 11, 3/4l behind Doctor Bartolo (8-8) at Newbury 1m 2f hcp (4) gf in Jun.
Music Seeker (IRE) 16-1 (9-8) Held up towards rear, headway over 1f out, never on terms, 6th of 12, 3 1/4l behind Afaak (9-8) at Doncaster 1m hcp (4) sft in Jun.
Jackhammer (IRE) 25-1 (8-6) Towards rear, weakened over 1f out, last of 7, 10 3/4l behind Auberge Du Lac (8-3) at Yarmouth 1m hcp (2) gd in Jun.
Baashiq (IRE) 5-2 (8-13) Tracked leader, pushed along over 2f out, keeping on one pace when edged left inside final furlong, 3rd of 5, 3 1/4l behind Across Dubai (9-1) at Haydock 1m 2f hcp (3) gf in Jul.

Bedouin (IRE) 8-1 (9-0) Dwelt, soon tracking leaders, switched right 3f out, ridden to lead and hung left over 1f out, driven and stayed on, won at Nottingham 1m 2f stks (5) gd in Jul beating Glendun (9-0) by 1 1/4l, 7 ran.
Rake's Progress 11-4 (8-11) Soon led, headed over 2f out, still every chance over 1f out, stayed on same pace inside final furlong, 5th of 9, 3 1/4l behind Bush House (9-3) at Kempton 1m 3f hcp (4) pol in Jul.
Pivoine (IRE) 3-1fav (9-4) Prominent, ridden and unable to quicken from 2f out, weakened inside final 100 yards, 9th of 11, 4 1/2l behind Surrey Hope (9-6) at Sandown 1m hcp (4) gd in Jun.
